This flowy gown is gorgeous.  Sheer illusion tulle on neckline and on back appear give the appearance of off-the-shoulder-neckline, except that you don’t have to worry about it falling down because the illusion tulle keeps it in place!  Rhinestone belt is on a tulle ribbon, and handstitched on, so it is very easy to take it off, if you prefer.
